Terrible download speed via battle net and steam

Ive been getting on average 200kbps download speed when downloading on battle net and Steam, which is absolutely dogshit for the wifi plan im on (Im on the 1gb plan) this is terrible as im not even getting 1mbp so im practically being **bleep** scammed for what im paying, is there any way to fix this?

First call 0800 561 0061 - use the automated service to see if there is a local service issue.

Speed test the service to a Router mode Hub(3/4/5) + your device with the link below.

Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats.

If the service to the Hub is good, the slow download issues are caused way beyond your internet connection.

Hi konda855, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you have been having issues with the speed. 

Can you run a speed test with Sam knows and set up a BQM here please. 

Please let the BQM run for over 24 hours and send us the results.
