Absolutely disgusted with your service, had little or no internet for 2 weeks with ongoing problems over the last 2 years. Been on hold for 2 hours tonight to be cut off, 1 hour last night and several other days over the last fortnight. My wife works for the NHS in admin and working from home has caused so many issues, not only with physical works but mentally strained beyond comprehension. does any body have an answer to this ??
you can write a text message to the virgin media phone number service at 07533051809 although they won’t reply immediately or quickly. You’ll have to be patient. I’ve contacted them twice so far using this service and both times they’ve replied within the 24hour window. I’d say I got a reply 5+ hours later/after I’ve messaged.
