I saw in a previous post on the forum that a VM member can help me get this sorted out?
I'm unable to get access to the email or billing statement as my landlord has them and is not responding.

So is your landlord the actually account holder and pays the bills? If that is the case then, technically the internet connection is their's and only they can make changes to how it works. I don't believe that the forum team will be able to help in any way here.

You can bypass ChildSafe by putting a different DNS in each device as this gets control before the VM DNS built into the hub. Try 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 as the DNS IP address.
