Telephone, TV and Broadband up and down every 30mins

I'm getting really appalling service across all services. The service goes out about once every 30 mins or so (really random) for about 2-3 mins. No TV, broadband etc. The router then reboots taking about 10mins. So I'm getting less that ⅔ service...

Worse I'm trying to hold video conferences for work. Not happy at all.

Telephone hasn't worked all day.

South Manchester M33 area..

Not much point in having 1Gig if it's never working.

Tried phoning... can't get through.

Not reflective of the status - because it only goes down for 1-2 mins. I'm on Hub 4 so they can't run diagnostics.

If I could get through I'd report it.

Sounds more like a line or cable issue specific to your property then.

So when I go to the telephone service and click on broadband problems, it runs a "test" tells me to restart my modem and then disconnects... which I assume is telephone speak for "have you turned it off and on again"... Yes I [REMOVED] have. How do I talk to a real person to register a fault.

Area codes are for billing not geographical locations. A city that shares my area code is over 150 miles from me.
