Technician needed

Goodmorning,

I really need a technician appointment and is impossible to talk to somebody on the phone for support, I've tried calling multiple times but I only managed to speak with the recorded voice over and over again.

The Twitter team of Virgin media told me to make an appointment with a technician because we haven't had broadband connection for 5weeks now and we've found some detached cables outside our building! We don't know who did that and we can't touch them, so we REALLY need a technician to come.

How to book an appointment if nobody answers the phone?

Please, is urgent!
