Technician appointment

HI

I have been having broadband problems, after contacting retentions it was agreed that a super hub 3 would be sent out to replace the faulty super hub one. The delivery was scheduled for a week on Monday the 26th April as I will be busy all next week. I will be fitting up the hub along with a new TV box so no engineer call out will be necessary. When I logged on to my Virgin account it says :- "One of our technicians is booked to install your services on 2021-04-19 between 1pm and 6pm" I never requested an appointment and cannot be sure if I can be here at this time, I have tried getting through to Virgin but it is constantly engaged. Anyone have any suggestions as how best to cancel? I am going in circles here trying to contact anyone. Thx
