Technichian comes to fix my neighbour's connection and ruins mine

On 23rd August 2pm virgin media Technichian comes to fix my neighbour's (one floor down) issues. I see the VM van and people working. Few minutes later I see the router green light blinking and i lost internet. Assuming the vm team is working i did not bother complaining. Later that night i came home to see the issue was not solved. Now my neighbour has internet and i dont.

Report the fault. Customer Support are on 150 or 0345 454 1111 from a non-VM phone.
