Hi Anybody got any ideas how to book an engineer's visit? Spent ALL MORNING hanging on to take to a real person. Been cut off twice at 45mins (What is all that about?) Finally got through to a real person who said she would transfer me to technical support - and guess what - cut me off! Just getting no where! Worst customer service in the world. So (Rant Over) how do I talk to someone about getting an engineer to come out to reset my router? Devices showing 'weak security' message currently. Thanks
That’s just Apple being over zealous about using WPA3.
