TV not connecting to WiFi

I have also the same issue with my TV. i tried to connect with ethernet cable. But no response.please send me a better idea.

First thing is to try a new cable.

Can you please advise us of the make a model of the TV, as well as confirming what type of Ethernet cable you're using?
