T3 timeouts / No ranging response / Time sync failure

I’m having frequent timeout issues with my internet connection. It’s particularly obvious as I’m working from home and the company VPN keeps reconnecting and VOIP is awful. My partner (different company/VPN) also has the same issues. I’ve tried all of the usual “turn it off and back on again”.

I’m confident this is not a Wifi issue as I have a separate WiFi system hard-wired into the Hub 3.0 running in modem mode.

Can anyone help please? 🙂

While the internet was hard down yesterday, Virgin sent engineers to the street. I was told this would bring the internet back up and resolve any performance issues over the last week or so, but the performance issues I described in the original post are still present.

Is anyone able to help at all? This is severely hampering my ability to work from home 😞
