That is far from normal and possibly the worst BQM that I have in my time, I have looked into your account and can see that your connection does look normal though and all of your levels are in the "normal" range for a strong and stable connection.
I can see that you rebooted your hub two days ago, has this improved your connection at all?
Thanks for the BQMs Lumpsucker2. I've had a good nosey around your network details and there are some downstream power levels and I'm unsure that there are some SNR errors also.
