T3 Timeouts

I've been having numerous (20+) drop outs today - each lasting a few minutes, each one seems to be accompanied by a T3 timeout in the network log (with a Superhub 2ac):

Re: T3 Timeouts

Downstream power levels are too high. You’ll need an engineer visit.

Re: T3 Timeouts

Any recommendations from anyone on how it might be possible to set up an engineers visit currently with respect to these high downstream power levels and T3 timeouts?

Not getting anywhere at all with the online chat/support at the moment

Sorry you have had to contact us on here.

I have booked the first engineer appointment we have available
You can check and reschedule this appointment through your online account if you need to
You can also cancel it if the fault has gone
