Hi,
2 surface pro laptops (civil servants) which of late keep losing connection to virgin wifi. Teams calls particularly keep failing, then Teams loses connection siting network connections. Then Outlook loses connection too. Sometimes a warning comes up when trying to connect suggesting unknown network. It's got worse lately happening daily. Never a problem during covid!

I'm sorry to see you are having issues with the 2 laptops losing connection, have you been able to get any help from the link to another forum thread?
