Superhub3 - constant red light (overheating)

My Superhub3 is showing a constant red light which the diags say is overheating.

The Hub case is warm to the touch especially at the top but certain not hot - I would guess around 35-40c

It is in the same position as it has always been, with nothing to block airflow. I have blown at the ventilation, although it looks clear - no build up of dust and rebooted the hub all to no avail. 

I assume my hub has an issue and needs to be replaced - Please advise.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your hub. 

I have ran some checks on our side and I am unable to see anything that could be affecting this, 

We may need to arrange a technician to provide a replacement hub. 

What I will do is private message you so we can look into this.
