Have recently upgraded to gig1 and been supplied a superhub 5, to replace my superhub 3.
The speeds are fantastic. In one room.
The wifi pods I had previously will not connect. I have spoken to helpdesk twice, with solutions ranging from leave them 2 - 5 hours, to try WPS pair, to reset the SSID, full factory reset
Please can someone help?

The Pods and Hub may not be activated correctly on your account.
Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (follow options) –see if they can sort it.
You will need the Model numbers, serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers of ALL pieces of kit and also your account number
