Superhub 4 - Ethernet Issue

Just received a superhub 4 randomly from Virgin. I'm on the 50mb package.

Everything is good until I realised that there's an ethernet Issue. My android TV and power line refused to work whereas it was working perfectly fine with SH3.

It randomly refuses to work for whatever the reason

Tried resetting using the back pin. Different cables etc. Same issue

Any help would be much appreciated!

Re: Superhub 4 - Ethernet Issue

Good Afternoon Cption,

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums and very warm welcome to you!

Sorry to see you've been having connection issues with some of your devices connecting via Ethernet connection. Has this now been resolved or is this still on going? Do you have any devices that are connecting successfully over Ethernet connection or Wi-Fi?

Drop a response below and we'll look into this further if required

Kindest regards,

David_Bn

Re: Superhub 4 - Ethernet Issue

...and their are some people on here thinking you can't get a hub 4 on lower package...

have you activated the hub 4?

You could ask to go back to the hub 3 or use it in modem mode and get a better router with 1Gb port or mesh and you be set for years.

Re: Superhub 4 - Ethernet Issue

I think* I have fixed it by removing the WiFi extender in the house. The problem with the TV was not just Ethernet but WiFi as well. It appears the WiFi extender and the TV were clashing somehow

Prefer the look of the superhub 3 though. SH4 is ugly..
