for the last week or so, wifi has been dropping off on my router up to 5 times a day. Ethernet connections are not affected at all. I believe this is the router dying but the service call I made today just said its as a result of network upgrades in my area. what for a whole week and sometimes at night?
any suggestions, in my 9 years with Virgin I think I have had 4 routers. they really need to be more robust as we work from home more and more and likely permanently. any guidance really appreciated
