I have posted logs but I suspect an engineer visit is required to sort this and don't really want to go through the hassle of phoning, if someone with more knowledge than me can take a look I would appreciate it.

We're sorry to hear of the rebooting issues experienced with your hub, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.

 

Have you been able to set up a BQM (Broadband Quality Monitor) for free here and post the result after allowing it to run for 24 hours. Also can you reboot the hub and repost the logs after 24 hours?
