Superhub 3.0 not working

I woke up today to my SuperHub not working. I have tried to call the call centre they seem to not be available? I work from home so it is important that i get back to the Internet. 
If you could reply please i would really appreciate it.

Hi,just as a first step please do a visual check to make sure the cable connecting the router to the wall is connected.

As of a visual check; the Hub itself its not showing no sign of being alive. No lights is showing it seems to be off. I have checked all the cables including the power cable and its just not turning on. From what i am understanding the Hub has power problems.
