Super hub needs rebooting several times

Hi,

my super hub keeps dropping connection several times a day. This is so frustrating when we try using our devices and there is no broadband, we end up using our phone data instead to connect.

can some one please help as everytime I’ve rang up I’m told to switch it off and then on. This solves the problem temporarily but this happens everyday.

Are wired connections dropping as well?

Do the status lights change on the hub?

We have no wired connection, the 2g and 5g lights are always flickering

Try an ethernet cable connected device.

You can ask for a new hub or use modem mode with your own wireless router with 1Gb ports.
