Super Hub lead worn, and crackling electrically

My old Super Hub is having electrical problems at the base of the lead where it plugs into the wall.

How do I get VM to send me either a new Hub or lead...?

Have waited for over an hour on the Live Chat, and have kept being offered new plans as I try to find out how to get this done. (Don't want to use the phone to contact VM.) 

I don't want to change anything about my plan - just need a new safe Hub!
