Super Hub 4 needs to be frequently restarted?

Hi,

I recently received a Super Hub 4 to replace the previous version 3 as a free upgrade.

I run my router in modem mode so that I can connect it to Google Nest Wifi and 2 access points.

All was going well and connection speeds around the house are great (over 120 MBps), except that every day or so the WiFi cuts out and will only be resolved by restarting the Super Hub 4.

Any clues as to why this is happening, are there any settings I need to change or known contention problems?

Many thanks

Nick

Re: Super Hub 4 needs to be frequently restarted?

Have you tried rebooting the Google system to rule out that being an issue?

Re: Super Hub 4 needs to be frequently restarted?

Hi,

Thanks for your reply!

Unfortunately, I've now tried every permutation of rebooting both the Superhub and the Google Wifi router to no avail. Same thing occurs, in that the wifi cuts out after approx a day or so and the superhub needs to be rebooted to bring it back?

Cheers

Port the network, upstream and downstream logs from the hubs admin pages

Re: Super Hub 4 needs to be frequently restarted?

Your downstream power levels are too high.
You'll need an engineer visit to resolve.

You can phone, use the SMS service or wait for a forum mod to reply which is usually in around 7 days
