Super Hub 3 constant red light

Hi Virgin,

As of a week ago we started experiencing the dredded solid red light on our 4 years old SuperHub3.

I can confirm it is in a well ventilated space, standing up right and clean of dust or any other obstructions to the vents.

Reboots, hardware reset and leaving it off or unplugged for periods of time only resolve the issue for a few minutes at a time until the status light goes solid red again.

Our superhub has been in Modem mode for most of the last 4 years and we have not had any significant issues with it's operations until now.

The hardware revision of our device is 10 and the software version is 9.1.1912.302.

Please advise us how to proceed.
