Super Hub 3 Constant Orange Light

Hi

The light on my Superhub 3 is glowing constant orange - have tried a number of resets with no change. Service seems to be fine, but have read that whilst this can simply be a fault with the LED it can be a safety issue as the same light acts as an overheat warning light.

Any ideas?

Sorry to hear of the light on the hub. Is the hub hot too touch? If not, it's nothing to worry about.

Thanks for the reply, John ... would probably describe the top of the Hub as ‘warm’ rather than hot.

I want to make sure that this isn't going to be a fire risk and if it is causing issues then its better to get it fixed.   I have taken the opportunity to get an engineer out to you, You can find the time and date via your online account.

That's reassuring Zak - If the Hub had burned the house down and it was on record as VM Staff saying 'nothing to worry about' - That could mean VM would be liable legally!
