Super Hub 2

I have a Super Hub 2 that I'm unable to login in to the security settings at 192.168.0.1. It states I've changed my password which I haven't and after trying to reset the hub seven times, it still won't let me access this page.

Do I need a new router?  Any help appreciated.

At the risk of asking an obvious question (don't take offence, it does crop up quite regularly on the forums) are you using the 'settings' password and not the wi-fi password

Also to do a “pin hole” reset you must hold the switch in for 60 seconds and NOT power cycle the hub, as VM state in their instructions. It will reboot of it own account.

Thanks for your replies.  I have tried the resetting as you mention with the pinhole, but I'm not having any luck with resetting the hub settings.

You need a new hub then.

Agreed. If the OP has tried all of the above but with no luck, then it's time for a replacement hub IMO.
