Struggle to connect

We.moved into a house that appears to have 2 virgin sockets. But we can only receive WiFi from one of them. Is there a way to make the other socket able to connect? When plugged into the second socket, the green wifi light is solid and the bottom light flashes green.

Update - when plugged into the second socket, it is discoverable as a network, just cannot connect to the internet

Re: Struggle to connect

Are you sure its a VM connection and not one from another company. Post up some photos if you are not sure.
If it is, it sounds like there is a connection issue on that second line as normally they all remain active on the account and any device should connect to any.

You will need to call in and see what they say when they test it.
