Wondering if anyone can help. We’re still waiting for our broadband installation which was scheduled for the 29/01/21.
The man came to install it in the morning but told us he couldn’t do his work as the previous team failed to cable up to the house.
Some time later someone came and ran the cable then later the 1st guy came back to finish the job, drilled a hole through the wall and cabled up to our hub. When we turned the hub on it wouldn’t generate a solid white light, only flashing green.
The man then went to investigate where the previous team had cabled to, he found that they had cabled to a box that hasn’t been commissioned yet and cannot provide us with internet access.
We cannot get through to customer service by phone or live chat. Is there anyone who might be able to help?
