Afternoon all,
I have now been waiting over a week for an update on a new wifi pod to replace a dead one which was sent a couple of weeks ago. Despite being told on 3 separate occasions that the support agent would take personal ownership of the issue and phone me the following day, I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved. Can someone from Virgin Media please respond?
