Still losing internet

After three weeks of lovely internet, I’m now getting dropouts again which kick all of my devices off of the internet which is troublesome as I work from home. This will now be the third time an engineer has had to come out to me, and I have all but lost faith in the company! Not exactly appreciating the £60 bill I’m about to get for internet I’ve had nothing but problems with. I reset the router yesterday and am still having problems again today even though the router is brand new, and the cables outside have also been replaced. Virgin. Please sort asap.
