Spotty connection and can’t reboot hub

For the past year anytime I try to reboot my hub, it takes a couple of hours to come back online. Consequently I have avoided doing so. I’ve been experiencing a spotty connection for the past couple of weeks and I know rebooting would help but I’m scared it won’t come back online this time. It’s the original Superhub I have and I don’t know if it’s just old. I have tried phoning Virgin Media but couldn’t speak to anyone, it just tested my connection.

You just need to get on the phone with virgin. Navigate to change my package and tell the person you want your hub changed to a newer one. You really just need a new hub.

Thank you. I just did that and that’s me getting a new hub. I have zero confidence navigating phone menus so thanks again.
