Splitting channels hub 5

Been running hub 3 with split channels  as have some 2 and 5htz so need to split them  ring doorbell ps4 hive heating.

upgraded to 1gb connection and got hub 5.

I get as far as splitting channels but when I rename then 2 and 5 on end can’t get a connection so no Wi-Fi

The Hub 5 has very frail WiFi, even basic changes to the default WiFi configuration cause the WiFi to fail.
The time may have come to buy a 3rd party WiFi router and the put the Hub 5 into Modem mode.

Tried that and that was the biggest ball ache ever went back to hub 3 and all good.I can’t believe you can’t spot channels on the hub 5 and it work.
