Hi Dbardaji

Thank you for posting on our community forum pages.

We are sorry for any service issues which you have been experiencing.

Do these issues present themselves at specific times of the day or when using WiFi rather than a wired connection?

Power levels on at least 16 of your 24 Downstream channels are out of specification and too LOW.  You have high levels of Post-RS errors, probably for the same reason ... you should have NONE on a good connection.

This requires the attention of an engineer.

Not to mention that the power level on one of the upstream channels is right on the borderline of being too high and the modulations on them are all over the place. You have a bad connection somewhere in the chain between your hub and the cabinet. The only thing you can realistically do yourself is to start at the hub and work backwards along the cable connections and just make sure that they are all nicely tight, just finger-tight will do, you might want to carefully disconnect and reconnect them. I can't say I'm overly optimistic that this will make a big difference but it can't hurt.

You will almost certainly need to have an engineer visit - hopefully one of the forum team will organise one for you.

Re: Speed seems ok .... but something not working as it should

Hi Dbardaji,

We would like to have a further look into this for you. In order to this we will need to follow up with a private message so we can discuss things and confirm a few details. Are you okay to proceed?

Many thanks,

Louis
