Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again

Trying to turn web safe features on.

Tried everything suggested in the numerous other posts with this same issue.

Seems the only way to turn this on, is to create an account, post this message, deal with the spam trying to sign me up to the premium features with an affiliate link. Then wait for someone from virgin to sort it out on their end.

Can you this out please.

Sorry to hear of the frustration caused with our web safe features.

Can you please try accessing your self-care account with an alternative browser or clearing the cache on the browser you're using to see if that allows you to make the desired change?

Thanks for your reply.

Was using firefox, cleared the cache in my chrome browser and logged in.

Still the same fault.

Its something at your end.
