Solid yellow light

I have a new 3 hub to replace my old hub. It does all the flashy green lights but then just settles in a solid yellow light.

When trying to connect my IPad I’m getting gateway IPv4 address is not valid and your broadband connection is down.

I’ve just got my old modem plugged in again now and that works fine with the same cable.

I can’t get through on the telephone lines to the help team.

You need to activate the new hub

Leave it plugged in. And/or phone the activation line

This is great I am now getting messages saying my ranking is going up. I would actually prefer my modem to actually work and not have to post on here! Even an online chat would be good.
