There's a red light instead of a white power light on my hub. I still have internet, the hub is well ventilated and doesn't feel hot. I've tried unplugging and reconnecting.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the red light on the hub
I'd like to take a look into this for you as we do need to get an engineer out to swap this over.
In the meantime, Can you please ensure the Hub is in a well ventilated place and away from any direct source of heat.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check your envelope at the top right of your screen that would be great.
