Solid red light on hub for over a month

Tilnoom

I've had a solid red light for a month on my hub after Customer Services told me it was doing a software update. Today my broadband has been randomly dropping and we've had to reboot it again. It is warm to touch. Can I get a replacement?

Thanks,

Sharon

A red led on a Hub 3 is a faulty overheating warning, and is a risk.  A VM Mod should pick this thread up and discuss with your directly.

Still hoping an actual VM employee gets in contact despite me flagging Adduxi's response as helpful!

Hey Tilnoom,

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your router and its red light, I would be happy to take a further look into this for you but first I would need to confirm a few details via private message, please look out for my message and we can get started.
Kind Regards,
