Solid red light hub 3

Have a solid red light on my hub 3 for the last two weeks and random drops in the wifi, have tried to test the hub several times to no joy. Any advice would be helpful on next steps.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with the hub. Can you confirm if the light is still red after a reboot?

And is the hub in modem mode or router mode?

Yeah light is still red after rebooting the hib several times.

Thanks for your message of concern regarding your Hub3, may we ask if you completed these steps,

• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.

• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally

If the problem is still currently ongoing we may need to invite you for a private message in order to look deeper into this and resolve for you so that your Hub can be happy again 😊.

I have done what you have said and the hub still has a red light showing.
