Solid red light Superhub 3 (white one)

Hi there

My Hub has started showing a static red light recently, it is in an open ventilated area, I have attemped to power it off and on a few times, checked the 2 ethernet connections, factory reset and it still comes back as soon as its connected

Could I please get a replacement?

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear you had a red base light on your Hub 3. I'll be more than happy to arrange an engineer visit for you so we can look into getting the Hub replaced.
