Solid orange light

Hi I have set up my hub 3 broadband is fine but there is a solid orange light but been told there should be a white light?

Thanks for posting in regards to your Hub 3 and the base light and its colour. We appreciate the confusion this can cause and you raising it via the forums.

 

From checking the connection and equipment all appear to be within the ranges and levels we'd expect to see. Are you experiencing any service issues at all as the light is normal as advised by jbrennad.

Ignore it (unless it turns red). Its just a sign of a fading/failing 1p LED in the Hub3's. You may have been issued with a "refurbished" Hub3 and so it may be quite "aged" already.
