We got the 360 update a couple of days ago but we noticed the WiFi hub started flashing two green arrows & the symbol above turned green but doesn't flash.
The WiFi stopped working but within an hour or so it began working again but the green lights remain.
Is this normal?

Hi @Sarge
That sounds like the WiFi light on the hub 3 - mine often did that and it took a couple of reboots to make it disappear, however the official stance from https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/virgin-media-wifi-not-working
means the Hub is on, but your WiFi isn’t. It’s likely to be a loose connection in your home. Make sure the white cable is plugged firmly into the Hub and at the Virgin Media socket on the wall. If you’re using a splitter, make sure that’s firmly connected, too.
