Solid White light, no connection

Hi, 

I have swapped my old router for a new one this morning. I have a white solid light, it's lets me connect when I type my password and connect but I don't have internet. Any ideas?

You need to wait for it to activate or phone the automated activation number

Thanks for your reply. It's been over 2 hours now since I've swapped routers would have assumed it would have activated by now. I have tried to contact technical team to no avail and just gave me a link with the all the steps I have done but again no connection. 

Do you know how long would it normally take to activate? It said 30 mins on the info provided with the new pack?

Try calling the activation number: 0800 953 9500.
