Solid Red Light on Router on Hub 3

Router has a solid red light on. Connection across the house has been worsening over the last few days. Router is well ventilated and cool. Have tried resetting the hub but issue persists.

I think I need a replacement router. Trying to get in touch with Virgin to request it easier said than done...
