First off, which of Virgin Media's TV boxes are you using? A TiVo, V6 or TV360? https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box
Second, can you post a picture of the problem you have? Then we can see what you can see, and perhaps suggest things to try,
