Slow wired upload speeds

WiFi on our V5 hun is fantastic in the room. 500+ download, 30+ upload, but the Ethernet booster plugs to the back of the house are useless! I’ve just had network cables taken from our V5 hub to my office at the back of the house. Download speeds are still 500+, but upload won’t go above 1-2mbps. The engineer is working through the possible causes, but has anyone experienced similar and been able to fix? I cannot work with such slow upload speeds.

These ultra low upload speeds are usually caused by a service fault.

First call 0800 561 0061 - use the automated service to see if there is a local service issue.

Speed test the service to a Router mode Hub(3/4/5) + your device with the link below.

Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats.

The speed at the Hub should reflect your subscription.
