Since this morning, I have had a issue with my Internet speed and video calls via Facebook.
My general Internet speed seems to stay under 10 megabit, when it should be a lot closer to the 100 megabit limit.
Also, if I try to make a video call via Facebook, the call only lasts for about 10 seconds then the connection just terminates.
Could there be a problem in my area ? I only fairly recently, upgraded to the super hub 3 within the last six months.
Please help, as it is really frustrating me at the moment !
I'm really sorry that you've recently had an issue with the internet, this ins't what we like to hear.
Is it still like this since you posted?
If so are we aware of any issues here?
If not then please try a reboot and let us know how you get on.
