Slow and intermittent broadband - sw11

Hi, I’m getting slow or intermittent broadband at least 3 times a week for past few weeks. Normally between 8-9 and mid afternoon.

I get zero response from the help chat. Other than switching providers, which I can’t do yet. Are there any suggestions for what I can do. I already have boosters etc so it must simply be the connection coming into the flat .

Have you checked the 'Check Service Status' at the top of the page ?

If nothing is showing try phoning 0800 561 0061, this will tell you of more local issues that may be affecting your district. Be aware that it isn't a manned line.

 

What is your connection like at the problem times using a direct connection with a Cat 5E or better cable between the Hub and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?
