Slow Loading Pages

Hi, This has been going on a few months and I have tried different browsers, resetting Chrome to original settings and clearing the cache but it makes no difference.  Did the equipment test on Virgin website and no problems so I'm not sure what to do next other than to try another provider and my contract is being renewed at an extra £3.50 a month in September so really want to sort this now ...or leave Virgin.

 

Any ideas anyone?

Are you using WiFi or a cable connection?

Wifi only, I know its faster with a cable but obviously prefer wireless.

Sorry to hear that you're having a bit of an issue with the WiFi, this ins't good. 

Can you confirm what hub you're having? 

Do you know what speeds you're getting at speedtest.net?

Hi thanks for your response.  I am getting good download/upload speeds.  It seems to be intermittent but quite regular that the pages suddenly load really slow.  I have a

Hi David, No I haven't resolved it and it's driving me mad! I've come to the conclusion that it is the router so would be grateful if this could be replaced asap. Thank you.
