Sky Glass and VM where to start with this...

Had Sky Glass since launch working perfectly on my VM BB connection.

The past few days I have noticed the Glass isn't showing images and app logos correctly and access to Peacock is restricted.

Sky say the service is fine, I believe them my dad has Glass (plus net) and Sister (BT) its all fine no issues to report.

What could cause these sorts of issues (way above my level of understanding) and who is responsible for correcting them?

I sense it is your device ie Sky Glass. Sky Help on Twitter suggest physically unplugging it for five minutes and then reconnecting again.

Re: Sky Glass and VM where to start with this...

Is the Sky Glass connected to the hub with an Ethernet cable? If not, do so.

I suggest a direct connection between the Sky Glass and hub to see if your problem disappears.

Re: Sky Glass and VM where to start with this...

I think this is looking more likely to be a Sky issue than a network issue with VM

Re: Sky Glass and VM where to start with this...

An access problem to Peacock certainly looks like a problem for Sky to resolve.

Re: Sky Glass and VM where to start with this...

Doing a search on skyglass on Twitter points to loads of teething issues and instability. I also suggest approaching Sky Help. Good luck.
