It’s ironic that Sky Connect, which is the app designed to improve your Wi-Fi is the only App thats never able to connect to the WiFi. Completely useless.

Hi,

Apologies if I have got this wrong but do you mean the VM Connect App?  I found that the app would only connect if the device hosting the app is connected to the 5.0ghz WiFi network.
