Shocking customer service

Hi, €114 was deducted from my bank account today instead of €44. The original bill was wrong and I already sent a complaint and someone called Carol said they would sort it out but the 'relevant team' have done nothing about it. When will the correct amount be refunded to me? Please note, I will go to Com Reg if the correct amount is not refunded to me. Many thanks, michael
